“Historic Home Bike Tour” around Delray Beach

Holiday City Festival of Lights Ride Thursday December 17th at 6:30 pm – 8:30 pm Join us as we tour Delray Beach on a casual ride to see the lights of christmas. It will be a fun family bicycle ride and social gathering to celebrate the festival of lights. The ride will start at the big tree at old school square and then go north on 2nd Avenue to the Lake Ida area. Special ride escort will be provided with our Santa on the ride. Riders MUST HAVE BIKE LIGHTS and wear a helmet. Rest stop will be at Veterans park before we go west back to Old School Square. Sponsored by the Delray Beach Bicycle

STARTING ON SATURDAY DECEMBER 5TH AT THE GREEN MARKET Bring the kids on Saturdays in the center field of the Delray Green Market for a bicycle challange course. Plastic cones will be set up and the kids will manuver throught the course and the winners will get a prize. This event is designed for mom and dads to enjoy a day at the green market. Something for everyone and good times for the whole family. Lots of great food and music and shopping for the parents. The event is sponsored by the Delray Beach Bicycle Club. Kids are require to wear a helmet and bring their own bikes. The course will be open from 9am till noon. Parents are required to sign waiver and relase for each child at the check in table. Meet promptly  at 8:30 am at Old School Square.
