Boca makes the list

Southern Business and Development magazine compared 8 southern states to find the best places for corporate relocations. They compared cities throughout Georgia, Florida, Kentucky, Louisiana, North Carolina, Tennessee, Texas and Virginia. Through their eight state comparisons, Boca Raton ranked in the top 25 for corporate relocations.

Luxury apartment complex sold

850 Boca, the recently completed rental apartment complex in the Park at Broken Sound sold for $138 million – equating to $373,000 per door.

The development was completed in 2017 and has 336 apartments with an average of 1,093-square-feet, and 34 three bedroom townhomes with an average living space of 1,736 square feet.

The apartments rent for an average of $2,170 a month and the townhomes average $3,855 a month. The property was 69 percent leased in Oct. 2017.

Commercial on ESPN

Our office developed an economic development commercial featuring the CEO’s from Cancer Treatment Centers of America, Cross Country Healthcare and 3C Interactive. This commercial spot ran on ESPN during the first quarter of the Cheribundi Tart Cherry Boca Raton Bowl. The game had a live audience viewership of 1.4 million households and won the night for live sports programming.
