To support its growing business, GSky Plant Systems, Inc., has hired Brent Bock as sales manager in its new Delray Beach office. Bock brings more than 30 years of construction and sales background to GSky, including that of sales manager for Stock Building Supply and most recently project manager and senior estimator for Cedar Creek Carpentry, where he oversaw the supply and installations of commercial and residential rough, finishes, cabinetry and millwork. At GSky, Bock will increase awareness of the company’s U.S. presence as the leading provider of Living Vertical Green Walls by working as an information resource for architects, developing sales partnerships and working key trade shows. “This is a great opportunity for me and one that I’m excited to undertake,” Bock said. “GSky is an innovator in the ‘green’ industry and a company whose future is clearly on the rise.” Bock, who resides in Wellington, Fl., will work out of GSky’s new U.S. headquarters in Delray Beach and also will work closely with GSky’s team in Vancouver, B.C. “Having someone with Brent’s background in sales and cabinetry construction is a big plus for GSky,” said GSky Chairman Hal Thorne. “Brent understands the marketplace and the needs of customers, architects and contractors.
