Presented by Historic Hartman House: Bed and Breakfast of Delray Beach Serves 2 1 cup sifted flour 2t baking powder 2-3 granny smith apples 2T sugar 1/4 cup brown sugar 1 egg beaten 1/2t cinnamon 1 cup milk (dried cranberries can be added to batter) 1) Mix batter ingredients together and let stand 15 minutes. 2) Peel apples and cut thin slices. 3) Heat frying pan with canola spray and then add enough batter to cover pan. Add apple slices in wagon wheel style so forms a circle around pancake. Flip over when congealed on top and cook until brown 4) Combine brown sugar and cinnamon and sprinkle over pancakes. 5) Heat up your favorite maple syrup.
